so back when I had a iphone my work email was a breeze to get set up. I Have apple desktop and apple laptop both for work and now a galaxy s5 and I cant figure out how to get my emails to this phone. I have a coupled thousand saved and they both get sent to the laptop and desk top at the same time. If i delete an email on my laptop it will stay on the desktop and vise versa. I like this, but all I can figure out on this phone is new emails that come in but it has the option to load a few hundred but its not. Do I need to set up the phone with pop3 or IMAP? My computers are POP

I have it set to sync one month and unlimited retrieval size

You're not getting the old emails on your phone because it is a POP account, which stores the messages locally rather than on a server. IMAP would store them on the server and you would be able to retreive them that way.
